BRIAN BINGAMAN- Master Strength and Conditioning Coach and Football Expert

 

Brian Bingaman comes to Miele Forensic Consulting with a wealth of experience from the collegiate perspective on methods in proper training as well as coaching techniques and safe practices at a higher level.

Brian holds a Masters of Health Education from Penn State University and Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University. In 2017 Brian was recognized by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association with the title of Master Strength and Conditioning Coach. This is the highest level of distinction one can get in the CSCCa. He also holds several certifications with USA Football, the American Red Cross and has 100’s of hours in continued education.


Brian is an experienced Administrator, Strength and Sport Coach  (Division 1 and III)  Brian was an All-American Division II football player at Bloomsburg University, PA.  Bingaman started his coaching career in the Winter of 2003 as an Intern in the Penn State Football Weight Room. He was quickly added as graduate assistant in the following semester. He later moved on to Duquesne University and LaSalle University.  From there he quickly rose through the coaching ranks becoming one of the youngest Division I Head Strength Conditioning Coaches in the country. 


Currently, Brian serves as Associate Athletics Director of Performance, Health and Wellness at Division III Eastern University. There he serves several roles as administrator for M/W Basketball, Baseball and Softball. He also provides oversight for the strength and conditioning program, university rec center and manages all game management for the athletics department.  He served as Chair of the Hiring Committee and helped in the planning for the start of the program. During his time, he has also served on strategic planning, wellness and covid task force committees. 


Brian is heavily involved in sports both as a coach and league administrator. This fall he served as board member, league coordinator and coach for the Haverford Youth Football. In this position he coordinated the rookie tackle teams.  He created practice plans, play books and Brian Binghamdeveloped age-appropriate skill instruction based off the foundations of USA Footballs fundamentals courses. He’s also been involved in basketball and baseball programs.
